Metacon Industrimek AS has sold a 60% stake to Frigaard Gruppen AS

Metacon Holding AS has sold a 60% stake in Metacon Industrimek AS to Frigaard Gruppen AS. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Established in 1997, Metacon Industrimek is a leading supplier of steel structures and complete steel buildings, primarily to the eastern region of Norway.

Founded in 2004, Frigaard Gruppen AS focuses on three business areas: commerce and industry, real estate and property development, and investments.

Frigaard Gruppen has extensive expertise within the operation and development of industrial companies, and together we will create an even more powerful company within the steel construction market,” said Trond Frigaard, Chairman of Frigaard Gruppen.
