Moip Pagamentos S.A. has been acquired by Wirecard

The private shareholders of Moip Pagamentos S.A. have sold the company to Wirecard. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Moip Pagamentos offers payment solution focused on small and medium-sized enterprises. The solution contemplates the entire payment process, including all payment methods acceptance through its proprietary gateway, anti-fraud system, financial reconciliation of all transactions in the same account and permission to anticipate receivables to all clients.

Wirecard is a Brazilian software and IT specialist for outsourcing and white label solutions for payment processing and innovative payment technologies.
