Bronx International, Inc. has been acquired by Fives Group

The shareholders of Bronx International, Inc. have announced the sale of the company to the Fives Group for an undisclosed consideration.

Headquartered in North Canton, Ohio, Bronx offers a range of equipment, which includes, Bronx Taylor/Wilson and Abbey International brand names in-line mill finishing equipment consisting of straightening machines and hydrostatic machines, used either to straighten, test or finish pipes, bars and tubes, notably seamless tubes, and Electrical Resistance Welding (ERW) tube and pipe mills, used to produce tubular welded products.
