What our client said

Jürgen Vosskühler, former shareholder and CEO of VDS Vosskühler GmbH, commented: "25 years ago I founded my company and I've led it ever since. Then in 2010, I decided to plan my succession via a sale process. Due to the fact that this is a very important step for every entrepreneur, there was no question for me to ask for a professional consultant. By choosing Oaklins' team in Germany I found what I was looking for. They did a fantastic job of planning and organizing the entire process. Even in difficult times like in negotiations or in the final minutes before signing, I was always convinced that they were in complete control. Thanks to their long experience of more than 60 years in M&A, due to their superior performance and with their close contacts with other Oaklins' teams abroad, the German team has achieved a very attractive result, which surpassed my expectations.”
