Interact, Inc. has been acquired by NewNet Communication Tech., LLC
The private shareholders of Interact Inc., an interactive voice response software and back-office software provider, have sold all the company's assets to NewNet Communication Technologies, LLC, a provider of software systems to the telecommunications industry, for US$3.5 million.
