BoTech has been acquired by NTS Group B.V.
The shareholders of BoTech, a high-tech company specialized in co-designing, manufacturing and assembling of high-precision modules, machine components and sub-assemblies, have sold the company to NTS Group B.V.
BoTech’s main products are assembled from natural granite, metal components, carbon-fibres, ceramics and combinations of these. In addition, BoTech uses its extensive knowledge of mechanical and electronic engineering to manufacture mechatronic modules consisting of a granite base assembled with positioning and moving systems.
The NTS Group develops, manufactures and optimizes opto-mechatronic systems, modules and components for international machine builders (OEMs).
