Lincoln Electric, a fast-growing manufacturer of flexible automated systems used in a wide variety of metal forming, fabrication and joining industries, has acquired WayneTrail Techologies from its private shareholders for US$31 million.
WayneTrail Techologies designs, engineers, manufactures and installs automated equipment used in major manufacturing and assembly companies in North America.
Lincoln Electric is a world leader in the design, development and manufacture of arc welding products, robotic arc welding systems, plasma and oxyfuel cutting equipment, and has a leading position in the brazing and soldering alloys market.
