Shercon, Inc., a manufacturer of rubber products, has been acquired by Protective Industries, Inc. Dba Caplugs, a porfolio company of Windjammer Capital Investors, for an undisclosed consideration.
Headquartered in Cypress, California with a wholly owned manufacturing site in Hangzhou, China, and a warehouse in Louisville, Kentucky, Shercon, Inc. is the largest independent provider of standard and custom, and molded rubber masking solutions and OEM rubber products.
Protective Industries, Inc. Dba Caplugs is a manufacturer of plastic product protection.
