Rolfes Holdings Limited has acquired AgChem
Rolfes Holdings Limited (Rolfes Group) has acquired a controlling interest of 70% in AgChem for a US$11.6 million consideration.
The Rolfes Group manufactures and distributes a wide range of market leading, high quality chemical products operating in diverse industries including the coatings, plastics, ink, metallurgical, water filtration, water chemicals, water management, water purification, leather tanning, cleaning, formulators, automotive, engineering, agricultural and construction industries. The group will continue to pursue growth on both an organic and acquisition level. Companies with distinct technology assets and intellectual property, as well as appropriate barriers to entry are being considered as a prospect for acquisition.
AgChem, founded in 1988, is the holding company of a group of companies that procure, produce and distributes high-quality agro-chemical products for the agricultural sector. As AgChem has developed, their product range and markets serviced have expanded and the company has diversified into many other crops and regions.
