Deliciel AG has been acquired by Haecky Holding AG

Deliciel AG, a leading Swiss producer of confectionery, convenience and frozen food supplying the retail trade and gastronomy clients, has been acquired by family owned Haecky Holding AG, active in food and beverage production and trading, for an undisclosed consideration.

The Haecky Holding AG is a renowned Swiss premium beverage and food trader. So far, the Group had only limited production exposure. This acquisition strengthens the position of the group in food specialties.

Oaklins' team in Switzerland identified and approached the buyer, prepared due diligence and assisted in the negotiations up to the closing of the transaction. The Swiss team created value to the client by giving financial support to the CEO (preparation of financials) and creating competition between potential buyers. Other Oaklins' teams assisted in identifying potential buyers and contacts.
