The private shareholders of Flexioffices Limited have sold the company to NVM Private Equity for US$16 million.

Flexioffices is a broker for serviced offices. The company has been finding office space for clients for over 16 years. It offers an extensive and continually updated website covering over 96% of the UK market.

NVM Private Equity is an is an independently owned and long-established investor focused on the UK regions, primarily targeting small management buy-outs and growth investment in businesses that are led by high quality incumbent management teams.
