Asistencias Carter S.L. has sold a 30% stake to Columna Capital LLP
Asistencias Carter S.L., a leading company in the Spanish roadside assistance sector, incorporates Columna Capital LLP, a London-based private equity firm, within its capital structure. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Asistencias Carter is the result of a buy-and-build consolidation project initiated by Collins Capital in 2016, with over 10 add-on acquisitions completed throughout Spain. Currently, Asistencias Carter has a fleet of over 200 vehicles, providing its clients with more than 200,000 services annually.
Founded in 2009, Columna Capital is an entrepeneurial investment firm that focuses on small to mid-market companies with growth potential in Europe. The firm is an active sponsor, working closely with management teams to drive long term value creation.
