K3 Capital Group plc has completed a US$38.4 million equity fundraising to support its ongoing acquisition strategy to expand into complementary professional services, with specific interest in the corporate recovery and insolvency market.
K3 Capital Group is a leading sell-side advisor to SME owners across a broad spectrum of business and company sale methodologies which include business transfers, brokerage and corporate finance.
Oaklins Cavendish’s sister firm finnCap, based in the UK, acted as the nominated advisor and sole broker in this transaction.
