June 2020 — K3 Capital Group plc has completed a US$38.4 million equity fundraising to support its ongoing acquisition strategy to expand into complementary professional services, with specific interest in the corporate recovery and insolvency market.
K3 Capital Group is a leading sell-side advisor to SME owners across a broad spectrum of business and company sale methodologies which include business transfers, brokerage and corporate finance.
