YourParkingSpace Limited has completed a growth capital fundraise
YourParkingSpace Limited (YPS) has completed a fundraising with Pelican Capital to finance further investment in its technology platform.
YPS operates an online parking marketplace for private individuals and commercial car park operators to rent out their unused parking facilities and driveways. Through its bespoke and state-of-the-art platform, YPS assists parking owners and managers to capitalize on their parking inventory as well as allowing individuals to locate vacant parking spaces in a real-time setting.
Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, assisted YPS’s successful growth capital fundraise. During this process, the team initiated and advised on many aspects, from inception to completion, including deal structuring, pricing, legal negotiations and various due diligence workstreams.
