Founded in 1992 and headquartered in the UK, Surface Transforms is a highly innovative manufacturer of next-generation carbon-ceramic brake discs for automotive and aircraft applications. It is a public limited company listed on the AIM of the London Stock Exchange.

Oaklins Cavendish’s sister firm finnCap, based in the UK, acted as joint broker to Surface Transforms in this transaction.
