Surface Transforms PLC has raised US$10.3 million placing and up to US$2.5 million via an open offer. The placing will support the company's working capital requirements as they ramp up production for their OEM customers.

Headquartered in Liverpool, UK, Surface Transforms is a manufacturer of next-generation carbon-ceramic brake discs for automotive and aircraft applications. Surface Transforms is a highly innovative company, with its own patented materials technology and a team of PhD-qualified scientists and degree-qualified engineers.
