Symatrix Limited has been acquired by AST Corporation
The shareholders of Symatrix have sold the business to AST Corporation.
Symatrix is a specialist cloud consulting, payroll outsourcing and Oracle application managed services provider in the UK. Founded in 2000, the company offers consulting as well as end-to-end managed services for HCM, ERP and SCM on premise or in the cloud – from applications support and testing as a service through to managed payroll and process improvement services.
Applications Software Technology (AST) is a globally recognized award-winning full-service enterprise systems integrator, serving clients in the public and commercial sectors for over 26 years. AST offers cloud solution and digital transformation consulting services to all industry verticals.
Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, advised the shareholders of Symatrix on the sale of the business to AST Corporation. Oaklins TM Capital in Boston introduced the eventual buyer and supported with all North American approaches.
