Hemink Groep has been acquired by Gimv
Gimv has acquired a majority stake in Hemink, a Dutch specialist in real estate renovation and maintenance. This transaction marks a new chapter for Hemink, as it seeks to expand its position as a national leader in sustainable property services through its new partnership with Gimv.
Hemink is a leading B2B provider of sustainable renovation and maintenance services for real estate, with a 65-year track record and a strong focus on housing associations across the western, central and eastern regions of the Netherlands. The company specializes in circular project approaches and results-oriented property maintenance, with particular expertise in large-scale, intensive sustainable renovation projects. With over 370 employees and a strong network of partners, Hemink is well positioned to meet growing client demand while maintaining its commitment to quality, flexibility and long-term impact.
