Associate

Friso is an associate at Oaklins Netherlands and is part of the M&A team. He has been involved in several M&A transactions, including the sale of IHC Fundex Equipment to Hydrauvision, the investment of Gilde Healthcare in Tandarts Today, the sale of Tag Security Holdings to Freshstream, the sale of Martin Glas to Value Enhancement Partners, the sale of Jungle Minds to De Cronos Groep and the sale of proQure to AB&C Groep.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Friso was an intern at ABN AMRO, a Dutch bank, and at Curacao Financial Group (cfg), a Netherlands Antilles-based corporate finance firm. A graduate of the University of Groningen and Stellenbosch University, he obtained his master’s in finance and investments from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
