Francine is a senior advisor at Oaklins E. Canada. A seasoned strategist and accomplished businesswoman, Francine is well-connected in the business community. She has led numerous mandates related to strategic planning, change management, identifying strategic partnerships, coaching managers and supporting foreign investment managers.
In 2005, Francine established the consulting firm Strataide, which combines sustainable economic development with social impact. She has been the managing director at the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation for many years, and has extensive expertise in philanthropy, both at the strategic and organizational level. Francine is a member of several organizations, including the Canadian Club, the Palais des Congrès de Montréal and the Institut National du Sport du Québec. She is a graduate of the College of Directors of affiliated companies and has a master’s in public administration from ENAP.
