Nehal Patel

Nehal is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has over 15 years’ experience in advising FTSE plc boards, management teams, private equity and owner-managers/entrepreneurs on a range of M&A transactions. His experience extends across sectors, but with a focus on healthcare, business services and consumer.

Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Nehal worked at Liberum on building their M&A franchise, working on public and private transactions. He also spent time in-house as an M&A advisor to a FTSE Main Market listed company, in addition to a family investment office on buy-side work. Nehal graduated from Surrey University with an economics degree, and later at Birkbeck with a master’s in finance.
