Alexander is a managing partner at Oaklins LATUM in Russia. He has strong execution skills, in-depth expertise in corporate finance and a track record of local and international M&A transactions and raising debt and equity capital. With more than 30 closed investment banking deals, Alexander has extensive experience in retail, infrastructure construction, lumber processing, real estate and chemical production. Notable deals he has advised on include the acquisition of a hydrometallurgical plant in the Stavropolsky region; the acquisition of the Klausner sawmills in Germany; the acquisition of Tolleson Lumber Company in the USA; and fundraisings for the Russian sawmill company Ilim Timber Industry and for the Buruktalsky nickel plant.
Prior to joining Oaklins LATUM, Alexander was a vice president at KIT Finance Investment Bank. Alexander graduated from the Saint Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance.
