He combines deep transactional experience with a thorough understanding of SaaS value drivers. Martijn has advised on a broad range of software transactions across the automotive, healthcare imaging, energy management and customer engagement verticals. He is known for his ability to translate operational and financial SaaS metrics into a compelling equity story, anticipate deal dynamics and position businesses optimally for strategic and financial buyers. Notable transactions include the sale of CarWise & AutoDisk to Main Capital Partners, the sale of Euphoria Mobility to Sofindev and the sale of OBI4wan to Spotler Group. In addition, Martijn has been closely involved in complex M&A and fundraising transactions, such as the investment in iwell by Meridiam and the investment in ScreenPoint Medical by Insight Partners.
