Emily Halley

Associate Director

Emily is an associate director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She has worked on a number of deals in the consumer sector, notably the sale of Lay & Wheeler to Coterie Limited, a fundraising for Mindful Chef with Piper Private Equity and the sale of CaseLines to trade buyer Thomson Reuters.

Emily joined Oaklins Cavendish in 2018 from Ardent Advisors, where she spent three years as a deal execution analyst working on a variety of sell-side transactions in the e-commerce sector. Prior to Ardent, she worked as an audit associate at Deloitte, having previously completed an internship with the firm. Emily graduated with a first-class BA (Hons) in Business Management from Newcastle University and is a qualified chartered accountant.
