Sam Kavanagh

Associate Director

Sam is an associate director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has been involved in a number of mandates across a variety of sectors, including consumer, business services and technology. Recent transactions include the growth capital equity fundraise of YourParkingSpace with Pelican Capital, the sale of Java Republic to Cafento and the sale of Avicenna Holdings to Juno Health.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Sam was a member of the BDO corporate finance team in Dublin, where he worked on several M&A and transaction services assignments. He graduated with first-class honors in both business, economic and social studies and MSc in Finance degrees from Trinity College Dublin and Smurfit Graduate Business School respectively. He qualified as an associate chartered accountant in 2016.
