NVD has been acquired by Chatchai Piyasombatkul
The Somwattana family has sold its 25% stake in Nirvana Daii Public Co., Ltd. (NVD) to Chatchai Piyasombatkul.
Located in Bangkok, Thailand, NVD currently operates a real estate development for sale, including a land development, both inside and outside of the development projects, and a development of residential real estate projects, which includes single-family homes, townhomes, offices and condominiums.
Chatchai Piyasombatkul is the president of Metro-Ply Group, the largest wood-based panel manufacturer in Southeast Asia. The group has production facilities in Thailand, Myanmar and Australia.
Oaklins’ team in Thailand advised the Somwattana family to divest its investment in Nirvana Daii Public Co., Ltd.
