Bertschi AG has acquired Per Plus Logistics BV for an undisclosed consideration.

Bertschi AG provides bulk transport and logistics services for the chemical industry. Its services include bulk chemical logistics, liquid/dry bulk, inter modal transport, road transport, tank cleaning and repair, and project management.

Per Plus Logistics is a specialist in global bulk liquid logistics in tank contrainers and flexitanks.

Oaklins' teams in the Netherlands and Switzerland advised the buyer in this transaction.
