Herr Lienhard, Eigentümer der Blausee AG, hat 75% des Unternehmens an die Lakus Holding AG verkauft.
Die Blausee AG besitzt und betreibt eine Liegenschaft am berühmten Blausee im Kandertal im Berner Oberland mit einem Hotel & Spa, zwei Restaurants und einer Forellenzucht. Ausserdem betreibt sie ein renommiertes Hotel und Restaurant auf der St. Petersinsel im Bielersee.
Philipp Hildebrand, ehemaliger Präsident der Schweizerischen Nationalbank und derzeit Vizepräsident von BlackRock, André Lüthi, Präsident und CEO des Schweizer Reiseveranstalters Globetrotter Group, und Stefan Linder, Mitbegründer des Swiss Economic Forum, haben über die neu gegründete Lakus Holding AG (SPV) gemeinsam 75% der Aktien der Blausee AG erworben.
Das Team von Oaklins in der Schweiz unterstützte den Verkäufer während dem gesamten Prozess.
