Michaël is an associate director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium, with six years’ experience in sell-side and buy-side deals. Recent transactions he has advised on include the sales of Pixelixir to NSI/Cegeka, Beconnect to Intracto Group, iU by Multipharma to private investors, Silversquare to Befimmo, Euresa-Life to AFI ESCA and the acquisition of HCI by Veolia.

Michaël joined the corporate finance team in 2020. Prior to this, he worked at Allyum, a small to mid-cap M&A advisor. Michaël has an MSc in Commercial Sciences from Solvay Brussels School and an MSc in Financial Risk Management from Université Saint-Louis.
