Mark Stoddart

Director

Mark is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has more than 15 years of mid-market M&A experience, with over 10 years focused on the leisure and consumer sectors. Mark has broad M&A experience, having advised both private and public clients on a range of buy- and sell-side transactions, domestically and cross-border. Recent M&A transactions he has advised on include the sale of Specialist Holidays Group to TravCorp Holdings and Travelopia Group’s Events division to Compass Group plc. On the buy-side, he recently advised on the acquisition of Distant Journeys by Mobeus.

Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Mark spent three years in the European consumer team at Duff & Phelps, having previously been at Deloitte, where he worked in the THL sector team. He has a first-class honors degree in management from the University of Warwick.
