Branislav is a senior associate at Oaklins WOOD & Co. in Slovakia. He has four years of experience in buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, with a primary focus on the real estate sector. Notable transactions include the acquisition of VIVO! Bratislava from CPI Europe, the acquisition of an additional stake in the Aupark Bratislava Shopping center from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and the acquisition of Lakeside Park 2 from Immocap.

Branislav joined the firm in 2021 after graduating with a BSc in Business Management from King’s College London.
