William Lovelock

Associate Director

William is an associate director in the ECM team at Oaklins Henslow in Australia, with nearly five years’ experience in supporting clients on both public and private capital raises as well as sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates. Notable transactions include advising Bigtincan Holdings Limited (ASX:BTH) on their AUS$135.4 million capital raising to fund the acquisition of Brainshark Inc, a market-leading sales enablement software provider; Pental Limited (ASX:PTL) on the AUS$60 million divestment of their consumer products business, owner of the iconic Australian brand White King; and archTIS Limited (ASX:AR9) on their acquisition of (and subsequent public capital raising to fund the acquisition) of Spirion LLC, a global leader in sensitive data governance.

William has a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, where he majored in finance. He also has a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance from Kaplan.
