Evelīna Valtere

Associate Director

Evelīna is an associate director at Oaklins Baltics in Riga. She advises clients on M&A transactions, strategic reviews and business valuations across a diverse range of industries. Her recent deal experience includes work in the retail segment — notably the sale of Goldlight, a prominent Latvian jewelry retailer, to AS Grenardi Group, the largest jewelry retail group in the Baltics — and in the manufacturing segment, with Equity United’s investment in SeaBird Designs, a Nordic kayak and motorboat producer. She has also been involved in strategic advisory projects for utility and transportation companies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Evelīna worked as a financial analyst in the real estate and edtech sectors. She has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
