Timo is a partner at Oaklins Finland, where he focuses on private M&A. He has 15 years’ professional experience in corporate finance and investments. Timo has extensive domestic and cross-border transaction experience across various industries, with a particular emphasis on software, IT and other business services.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Timo covered the Nordic market for Jonas Software, an international software consolidator, and helped a Nordic private equity investor with their Finland strategy. Timo’s background also includes periods spent at M&A boutiques based in both Helsinki and Stockholm. He has an MSc (Econ) in Finance from the Aalto University School of Business in Helsinki.
