Montage Master has been acquired by AAC Capital

The private shareholders of Montage Master have sold the company to The Outdoor Living Group, backed by AAC Capital Partners.

Montage Master installs complete verandas, sheds, cabins, carports and various other building elements such as walls and panels, glass partitions and sun awning systems. The company primarily installs garden products sold by Gardendreams, which has also been acquired by AAC Capital Partners.

AAC Capital Partners. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, AAC Capital Partners is a private equity firm that invests in medium-sized Benelux companies active in growing markets.

The Outdoor Living Group develops and manufactures aluminum verandas, garden rooms, carports and accessories. The Group is backed by AAC Capital

Oaklins' team in the Netherlands acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to the shareholders of Montage Master.
