AES Gener has completed a capital increase

AES Gener has raised funds to begin the implementation of its strategy to accelerate the transition of its energy matrix towards renewable energies.

AES Gener is one of Chile’s leading power generators, with a diversified power generation plant portfolio that exceeds 5,300 MW of installed capacity. In addition to Chile, the company has operations in Colombia and Argentina.

Oaklins’ team in Chile acted as financial co-advisor and placement co-agent for the capital increase.
