Morris-Jenkins has been sold to The Wrench Group, a portfolio company of Leonard Green & Partners.

Morris-Jenkins is the largest provider of air conditioning, heating and plumbing services in North Carolina.

The Wrench Group is the national leader in home repair, replacement and maintenance services, specializing in heating, ventilation and air conditioning, plumbing, water and electrical services.

Oaklins’ team in Los Angeles served as the exclusive advisor to Morris-Jenkins in this transaction.
