Ana Jiménez

Associate

Ana is an associate in the origination and execution team for M&A and capital raising transactions at Oaklins Axia in Colombia. Her responsibilities include producing financial models, preparing transaction documents for active mandates, performing market research for various industries and creating pitch materials. Ana has participated in various transactions, including the sale of a leading financial institution, the structuring of a private debt fund, the sale of a payment software company and a fairness opinion for a major economic group.

Ana has a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from the Universidad de los Andes in Colombia.
