Flemming is a partner at Oaklins Beierholm in Denmark. He has extensive experience from domestic, regional and international transactions across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in TMT, business support and financial services. Bringing a combination of advisory and hands-on experience from corporate positions, always aimed at value creation for a wide range of stakeholders, Flemming can provide the ideal advice in any given situation. His experience includes strategy work in connection with M&A transactions, execution and advisory, and conducting transactions for corporates, privately held entities and private equity. He has closed deals in various areas, including in IT services, software, telecoms, business services and pharma.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Flemming spent 17 years in advisory positions and 11 years in corporate positions, both in Denmark and internationally. He has a master’s in economics and business administration from Copenhagen Business School.
