Termbray Industries International has acquired Easy Credit Investment Limited

Earth Axis Investment Limited has sold Easy Credit Investment Limited to Termbray Industries International (Holdings) Limited.

Termbray Industries International (Holdings) Limited is a Hong Kong-based investment holding company engaged in property businesses. The company’s main business includes the leasing and sale of properties. The properties under the company’s management include the residential units in Ever Success Plaza, among others. It mainly operates business in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Zero Finance is a wholly owned subsidiary of Easy Credit Investment Limited, principally engaged in the money lending business of providing secured and unsecured loans in Hong Kong.

Oaklins’ team in Hong Kong acted as financial advisor to Termbray Industries International in this transaction.
