Wikipower has been acquired by DPG Media

The private shareholders of Wikipower have sold the company to DPG Media.

Headquartered in Belgium, Wikipower is active in group purchasing of electricity and gas, and operates an energy and telecom price comparison website. The company has demonstrated successful growth over the last 10 years, serving more than 300,000 households for an average yearly saving of US$245 per household.

DPG Media is a Belgian media company also active in the Netherlands and Denmark. It provides a wide range of products such as news, entertainment, sports, politics, market and other related programs, as well as offering advertising services.
