Jens is a partner at Oaklins Switzerland with more than 16 years’ experience in complex M&A transactions. His areas of expertise are in the food & beverage and consumer & retail industries. Clients include family-owned companies, mid-sized businesses, such as Deliciel, Bischofszell Nahrungsmittel, Lüchinger + Schmid, olo marzipan, GEISER agro.com., Kern&Sammet, ELRO-Werke, Hocoma, MSL Schloss- und Beschlägefabrik, Sphinx Werkzeuge, Espisa, Stanzwerk, Swissana Clinic Meggen and MEK Holding, as well as large corporates, such as Migros, Sulzer and Möbel Pfister.

Jens joined Oaklins Switzerland in 2005, becoming a partner in 2012. Prior to this, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Horváth & Partners and FAA Financial Advisory Ltd. Jens studied business administration and has an MA from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). He is also a CFA charterholder.
