Associate Director

Martijn is an associate director at Oaklins Netherlands and focuses on M&A in the telecommunications, media & technology (TMT) sector. He is also part of the private equity team. Notable deals he has worked on are the sale of QNH to Egeria, the sale of Trust to Egeria, the sale of Simadan to Parcom, the investment of Ergon Capital in CompaNanny and the sale of RVC Medical IT to Nexus. Management advice experience includes assisting the management of Hunkemöller on its sale to the Carlyle Group.

Martijn joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2014 after completing an internship. He studied business economics, with a specialization in financial economics, at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
