Kerry is a managing director at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York. She has over four years of investment banking experience, focusing on advising middle-market clients on M&A transactions, primarily in the TMT, events and payments sectors. Notable clients include New Point Media Group, Cronin and Visto. Kerry has extensive experience working closely with startups and Fortune 500 management teams and boards to refine sales and marketing strategies in support of multiple corporate objectives, including capital formation and M&A. Currently, Kerry serves on the board of Fevo, a social commerce payments platform, and she is an advisor to Mint House, a new technology-driven hotel company, and Plastiq, a San Francisco-based fintech startup.
Just prior to joining Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips, Kerry was the COO of Acxiom Global Clients Services, a leading marketing database, email and big data provider. Previously, Kerry had enjoyed a 22-year career at American Express, culminating in running the US$2.5 billion small business division. She was also CEO of QSP at Time Inc., president of St. Regis and Luxury Collection Hotels for Starwood and CEO of GT Brands, a private equity-backed entertainment company. Formerly, she was on the board of Vistage International, the world’s leading peer advisory organization to CEOs. She has a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and an MBA from Columbia University.
