Cédric is a director at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. He has expertise in both M&A and ECM transactions across a wide range of sectors. Recent deals he has been involved in include the minority sale of Microflor to Smile Invest, the squeeze-out of PCB shares, the ABOs of Mithra and Biocartis and the re-IPO of VGP.

Cédric joined the firm in 2015. He was previously an M&A manager at EY. He is a chartered financial analyst and has a master’s in commercial engineering from the Université Catholique de Louvain.
