Benny is the co-CEO at China Tonghai Capital, Oaklins’ member firm in Hong Kong, and sits on Oaklins International’s executive committee as vice president for Asia/RoW. He has more than 25 years of investment banking experience, particularly in M&A and capital raising, including IPOs. Benny has participated in numerous financial advisory, IPO and M&A deals across several industries, such as technology, consumer & retail and real estate. He has recently completed substantial deals for Hopewell Holdings Limited, Global Brand Group Holding Limited and Hypebeast Limited.

Prior to joining China Tonghai Capital, Benny worked in the investment banking department of various multinational banks, including Rothschild, HSBC, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.
