Senior Associate

Simone is a senior associate at Oaklins Italy. He has been involved in several M&A projects in the food & beverage, food ingredients, logistics and industrial machinery sectors.

Prior to joining the firm in 2017, Simone worked in Dubai as a consultant and then as a tax consultant in Milan for five years, gaining significant expertise in assisting SMEs and multinational companies, mainly in the fashion & luxury and renewable energy industries. Simone has an MBA with honors from IE Business School in Madrid, an MSc in Business Administration and Law and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He is a CPA and legal auditor.
