Tomáš is an associate at WOOD & Co., Oaklins’ member firm in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Recent M&A transactions he has worked on include the sale of a share in the Slovak ride-hailing application HOPIN to Eterus Capital as well as deals in real estate and energy.

Tomáš joined the team in 2018. Prior to this, he spent seven months in deal advisory at KPMG in Bratislava. Tomáš has a bachelor’s degree in finance, banking and investment and a master’s in financial management from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica.
