James Irwin

Managing Director

James is a managing director at Citizens Capital Markets, Inc., Oaklins’ member firm in Cleveland, and heads Citizens’ buy-side M&A advisory team.

Prior to joining the firm, James was senior vice president of corporate development and M&A at Evoqua Water Technologies. He was also the vice president of corporate business development at A. Schulman, Inc. and the senior director of M&A and business development at Cleveland-Cliffs, Inc. James started his career at KeyBanc Capital Markets. He is a graduate of The University of Toledo and received his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western University.
